waitlist terms
EFFECTIVE 2026-08-25 · TUESDAYCONTACTS.COM
Updated 2026-08-25. Founding membership used to be defined as the top 500 waitlist positions at launch, with referrals moving your position. It is now the first 500 people to join, fixed on arrival, and referrals earn free boxes instead. If you joined before this date, the change can only help you: your place can no longer be taken by somebody else's referrals.
What this site is
A pre-launch waitlist. We do not sell contact lenses yet. Nothing here is an offer to sell a medical device, and nothing here is medical advice. see an eye doctor for that.
Joining the waitlist
Joining is free and creates no obligation for you or us. You join by providing your phone number and verifying it with an SMS code. Your position is the order you joined in and does not change. We may adjust positions or withdraw rewards to remove fraudulent or automated signups. bots don't get founding pricing or free boxes.
Founding pricing
The first 500 people to join the waitlist lock $29/box for the life of a continuously active subscription. What that means: if you're among the first 500 and start a subscription within 60 days of your launch invite, your subscription price stays $29/box for the life of that subscription, as long as it remains continuously active. "Continuously active" means you haven't cancelled. Pausing or skipping boxes keeps the lock; cancelling ends it. It's a price promise, not a guarantee we will launch. if we don't launch, the promise simply never activates and you've lost nothing.
Referral rewards
For every friend who joins the waitlist using your link, you earn one free box, redeemable against a subscription after launch. A maximum of 4 free boxes per person. A referral counts when that person joins the waitlist with a valid, unique phone number, not when they order. Free boxes have no cash value, can't be transferred, and expire if you don't start a subscription within 60 days of your launch invite. Like founding pricing, this is a promise conditional on launching; if we don't launch, it never activates and you've lost nothing.
When we launch
Purchases will require a valid prescription, verified as US federal law requires. Separate purchase terms will apply and you'll see them before paying anything.
Boring but necessary
We can end or modify the waitlist program at any time, with one limit: doing so won't retroactively remove founding membership you already hold or free boxes you've already earned. Those survive any change to the program, and any change to these terms takes effect only going forward.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here waives any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the state you live in.
