What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your phone number (in E.164 format), your spot in line, your referral code, who referred you (if anyone), and, if you arrived from a link with tracking tags, which campaign brought you (utm parameters). We also store referral and utm parameters in your browser's localStorage (keys tuesday_ref and tuesday_utm) so they survive navigation. To stop abuse of sign-ups, verification codes, sharing, stats, and other site actions, we keep rate-limit counters based on a hashed form of your IP address and, when you request a verification code, your phone number. We delete each counter within 2 days of your last request. The counters are stored separately from your sign-up details and share events, and we don't use them for anything else. If you check the optional marketing consent box, we store that choice and timestamp. That's the whole list.

What we do with it

We use your phone number to send you a one-time verification code (SMS OTP) to confirm your number when you join. That text is not a marketing message. We also offer an optional, unchecked "text me about drops" flag. if you check it, we store that preference but send no marketing texts until we go public. We use referral and campaign data to understand what's working. We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers. Seller: tuesday (tuesdaycontacts.com).

Cookies & analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. Analytics is cookieless and does not track you across sites. Speed Insights measures how the pages load. We set no advertising cookies.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Neon) in the United States. Verification texts are sent through Twilio. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period for security and operations.

Your rights

Want your phone number removed from the waitlist, or a copy of what we hold about you? Email hello@tuesdaycontacts.com and we'll do it. usually same week, always within 30 days. California and EU residents: this covers your CCPA/GDPR access and deletion rights.

Changes

If this policy changes materially before launch, we'll notify the waitlist. The current version always lives at this page.
